Its open kitchen contains giant woks, and the interior is done in soft colors and natural woods accented by bright colors, batik fabrics, and canopies. Special tiki drinks and teas are also featured.

Island Dining Room - Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, this restaurant offers both a buffet and menu service of American fare, with a separate buffet for children.

Jake's American Bar - This casual bar, adjacent to the Island Dining Room, is decorated to celebrate the era of Clipper-ship travel in the Pacific. The bar features a collection of flight and travel memorabilia. Light fare is served late afternoons and evenings.

Orchid Court Lounge - Just off the lobby and adjacent to a fabulous outdoor orchid garden, this sleek, upscale lounge offers cocktails and light snacks.

Bula Bar and Grill - Bula means "welcome" in Fiji and this poolside bar expresses that sentiment by serving light fare and specializing in tropical drinks.

Wantilan Luau - This outdoor dinner show offers a Hawaiian feast and performance every Saturday night, with island music, hula dancers, fire twirlers, and knife dancers. What to expect: Inspired by the golden age of travel to exotic locales in the 1930s and 1940s, this lush setting includes a towering bamboo forest that forms an archway over the entry road, a lotus lagoon, and a bamboo footbridge that overlooks terraced rice paddies, streams, and waterfalls. The beautiful lobby features woodcarvings from Indonesia and hundreds of delicate live orchids.

Amenity highlights: A 300,000-gallon lagoon has a white-sand beach and lush tropical plants, open cabanas with thatched roofs, outdoor bars, and a children?s play area that provides 14 water cannons, water guns, and randomly squirting jets of water. The resort also welcomes pets with a program that includes beds, toys, pet food menus, and pet sitting and walking programs. Complimentary water taxis and shuttles provide transportation to the theme parks, and room keys provide express access to selected theme-park attractions through a system called Universal Express?.
